Introduction

Many modern architects have used  polyhedral shapes in their buildings. The polyhedra have fascinated the artists, the architects, the engineers, and the designers.

We can see paintings, sculptures, and architecture that have geometric elements: geometric figures, particular ratios like "the golden ratio" (proportion based in Φ) and where space was organised by the geometric perspective construction.

Examples:
  1. The Great Pyramid:The Great Pyramid's dimensions also show squaring of the circle. That means that "The perimeter of the base of the Great Pyramid equals the circumference of a circle whose radius equal to the height of the pyramid."
  2.  Le Corbusier (1887-1965) is one of the architects that has influenced the modern architecture of the 20th century. He had created a new concept, the "Modulor" that tries to make a relation between man and arquitechture.
